I missed the lecture on Tuesday, unfortunately. I personally love the lectures and get a lot out of them - so, I am e-mailing to ask if anyone can PLEASE help me out.
Just in case anyone happened to actually RECORD the class lecture this week, for their notes or for someone else or something, audio or video, it would be awesome if you could drop me a line so I could get it.
If not, if you are someone who takes REALLY DETAILED notes, please reply back to this e-mail - if I could take a look at your notes or get a copy, I’d really appreciate it.
If you can help, just get in touch via e-mail, preferably with a phone number so I can call you up and move quickly to go over things before Friday’s discussion section.

well, I guess that’s one way to get on the Dean’s List…
I actually like these lectures too, though some days I really don’t want to go and some days I am just running on zero sleep, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to email every single person in our major to ask for a recording of it. If you really were such a good student, (name withheld), you would be able to understand the reading, because, IMHO, they’re pretty basic.
But, maybe that’s just me, and maybe I’m just smarter than you. JEEZ, THESE PEOPLE! haha sigh.
